Afrihats Fashions – Easy-to-Read Return Policy

1. Return Window

• Contact us within 3 – 5 days of delivery to start a return on full-price, “New” items.

 

2. How to Request a Return Authorization (RA)

1. Email info@afrihatsfashions.com

2. Subject line: Return Authorization – [Name on Order]

3. In the email, list:

   • Item(s) you’d like to return

   • Reason for the return

 

We’ll reply within 3 – 5 business days with your RA number and the exact post-mark deadline.

No RA, no return. Packages sent back without an RA will be returned to the sender.

 

3. Shipping Your Return

• Buyer covers return shipping, tracking, and insurance.

• Afrihats Fashions isn’t liable for packages lost or damaged in transit.

• Make sure your package is post-marked by the deadline in your RA. Late returns become Final Sale and will be shipped back to you.

4. When We Receive Your Item

• Processing takes up to 3 – 5 business days.

• Approved returns receive a store-credit code via email.

5. Item Condition Requirements

Returned merchandise must be:

• Unworn, unused, unaltered

• In original packaging with all tags attached

• Free of stains, odors, or damage

Items that don’t meet these standards will be denied and sent back.

6. Denied Returns & Restocking Fee

• You’ll get an email if a return is denied (e.g., missed deadline, item condition).

• If the denied package is refused or comes back to us again, we may issue store credit minus postage + $10 restocking fee per item.

7. Sale Items

All sale and clearance items are Final Sale—no returns or credits.

8. Exchanges

We don’t hold inventory for exchanges. Simply return the item (if eligible) and place a new order when you’re ready.
